The production staff at Rondar Raceboats USA has been hard at work preparing to build the first Vipers at the shop in Peabody, MA. We have received the master hull and deck plugs from the UK shop, along with all of the sub-component molds. The deck mold is in process, the plug has been prepared, the gelcoat is on and the layup of the deck mold is beginning. The hull plug is being prepared for gelcoat currently.

The deck mold will be completed first. As soon is it is, we will begin laying up the first deck, while we complete building the hull mold. Provided all goes according to plan, we expect Ben Parker and Paul Zimmerman to be sailing this first boat at the Viper North American’s alongside 50 other Vipers.
